1. How quickly do you dispatch my item.
If the item is in stock we will dispatch it the same day as long as the payment is made prior 3pm. Order are normally sent next day delivery via Interlink Express. If you order through a deal site please note you go by their delivery timescales not ours.
2. What if my item is not in stock?
If your item is not in stock we will have it within 5 working days and will arrange shipping after that.
3. What if I do not receive my watch on the estimate time of arrival?
Contact us via our email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) and we will chase it up and get back to you within 48 hours.
4. I can't see where I need to place my deal site redemption code?
Please select your product and head to the cart and then the checkout. If you are using a PC please insert your code into the discount section. This is also the case for mobile and tablet however you need to click on " show order summary " for that section to appear. 5. Are your items genuine?
Yes 100%. All luxury watches are serviced before sale also. We do stock some older models of watches which we sell on deal sites however all of our stock is 100% genuine.
